CAMPION Homes is poised to launch its newest housing development, The Temple at Balcurvie in Fife, which will comprise of 69 private homes for sale alongside eight affordable properties being delivered in partnership with Glen Housing Association.
The project marks Campion’s fifth active development in Fife as the housebuilder continues to expand its footprint across the region.
The homes will be a mix of two to six-bedroom detached, semi-detached, terraced homes, and bungalows.
The Temple will be the first development where Campion Homes introduces a refreshed external palette, tailored specifically to its countryside setting. The firm explained this approach incorporates a broader range of colours and new exterior features, with homes showcasing a mix of materials and textures chosen to complement the surrounding landscape. Natural stone is paired with both red‑tiled and contemporary grey roofs, while anthracite‑toned doors and windows aim to provide a modern contrast.
Sales & marketing manager Sharifa Joy said, “The Temple at Balcurvie represents an exciting new chapter for Campion Homes. Its location offers the perfect balance of countryside living and excellent connectivity, which is already resonating with a broad mix of buyers, from commuters who want more space and downsizers, to retirees looking for a modern, energy‑efficient home. The Temple will be perfect for those drawn to both the countryside and coast, as well as the lifestyle that comes with being so close to St Andrews and the East Neuk.”
Homes at The Temple will be released for sale from 21 March, with first handovers anticipated from autumn.
