CAMPION Homes has secured a place on the City of Edinburgh Council’s new build housing framework.

The Dunfermline‑based housebuilder has been appointed to Lot 1.1 – covering projects of 1 – 30 homes.

Campion Homes has built 3,000 affordable homes in east central Scotland since being founded in 1989. The firm currently work with a wide range of local authorities and registered social landlords across the region.

The company has received multiple awards for its work in the social housing sector including the Excellence in Accessibility & Inclusion award at the Scottish Home Awards in 2024 and 2025 and was named Affordable Housing Provider of the Year in 2023 at the Homes for Scotland awards.

Dougie Herd, joint MD at Campion Homes, said, “Campion Homes continues to grow and expand geographically and it is down to the hard work of our team that we have been appointed to this framework to build new social housing in Edinburgh.

“We have a strong track record of delivering high quality homes and look forward to working with the City of Edinburgh Council in the future, helping them to combat the housing emergency and tackle homelessness.”
