THE JR Group has officially handed over 31 new homes at the former Royal Hospital for Sick Children site in Edinburgh to Home Group Scotland.
The completed development, located opposite The Meadows in the heart of the capital, has delivered 20 apartments for social rent and a further 11 for mid-market rent.
Each home is said to have been built to high sustainability standards – incorporating exhaust heat pumps and benefiting from direct links to solar panels.
