THE Willmott Dixon Group has announced three MD appointments to lead key parts of its business.

Judy Hegarty has been promoted to MD at Fortem, Willmott Dixon’s specialist property solutions provider for social housing. She became deputy MD at the start of last year when the company launched its ‘FOR Our Future’ growth strategy. Prior to that, she was the company’s finance director.

Simon Ramage takes on the MD role at Willmott Dixon’s London & East construction region, having served as deputy MD since August following Stewart Brundell’s promotion to chief operating officer at Willmott Dixon Construction.

The third appointment sees Adam Worrall become MD at Willmott Dixon Interiors, following more than 25 years’ service with the group. He will lead the growth of the business with a focus on expanding Interiors’ office fit-out offering.

Judy’s promotion is a testament to her leadership and strategic vision. Her deep understanding of social housing operations, combined with her track record of delivering transformational change, makes her the ideal person to lead Fortem through its next phase of growth.

“With Simon now leading our London & East region and Adam at the helm of Interiors, we have exceptional new leaders in place to help drive our ambitious long-term plans. All three appointments come at an exciting time as we see exceptional opportunities across our core markets.”
