WATER technology specialist RSE has announced the appointment of Kes Juskowiak as its new operations director.
He will be tasked with helping to accelerate the adoption of RSE’s treatment solutions – both in the UK and in overseas markets – as well as strengthening customer confidence in the business and scaling RSE’s product portfolio.
Kes brings specialist knowledge in treatment technologies to the role, gained through a career spanning various managerial and non-executive roles across the water industry.
He joins RSE after spending 22 years with Scottish Water, most recently as the organisation’s former director of transformation. In this role, Kes was responsible for leading the delivery of a £1 billion transformation strategy to ensure a sustainable and affordable future for Scottish Water and its customers.
He is also currently a non-executive director of Scotland Rural College.
Stephen Slessor, CEO of RSE, said, “Bringing top-level industry expertise, Kes is a quality addition to our team. I’m pleased to welcome him at a time of immense opportunity for RSE across the UK and beyond. With global water resources coming under unprecedented pressure, focusing on the operational effectiveness of our technology and proven ability to continuously innovate have never been more important.”
Kes Juskowiak, operations director of RSE, added, “This is an exciting time to be joining RSE as it sets sights on its next phase of growth in both UK and global markets. The company has built an enviable reputation over four decades of outstanding innovation in treatment technologies and time-saving manufacturing efficiency.
“It’s a critical time for embedding our range of products that will help transform the UK’s ageing infrastructure. When time and cost are essential considerations, our solutions offer a proven way to accelerate deployment, reduce risk, and deliver long-term value across the water network.”
