ROBERTSON Partnership Homes (RPH) has announced the appointment of its new board.
MD John Baggley, who started with the business in April last year, is joined by operations director Craig Smith; commercial director Ed Parry; finance director Paul Gray; and pre-construction director Andy Park.
With a wealth of industry experience between them, RPH said the five-strong board is well positioned to lead the business as it continues to work closely with customers to support local and national housing targets to address the housing emergency.
The RPH approach focuses on greater standardisation of housing products, improving quality and consistency while supporting the delivery of new communities in areas facing acute housing need. A strong emphasis on sustainability and high levels of energy efficiency across homes delivered help secure long-term operational carbon savings for tenants and supports both regional and national net zero targets.
RPH benefits from the wider capabilities of the Robertson Group, such as timber frames, panels and flooring cassettes designed and engineered in house by Robertson Timber Engineering. Produced offsite, this approach is said to improve sustainability, reduce site disruption and waste, and ensure consistency in quality and programme delivery.
MD John Baggley said, “With the board in place, we will build on our strong track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable housing that supports our partners in meeting their housing and environmental targets. Our work will continue to help create thriving new communities, boost local jobs and economies, and provide our customers with the solutions they need to meet the demand for affordable homes in Scotland while addressing the national housing emergency.”
Elliot Robertson, CEO, Robertson Group, added, “The refreshed board reinforces RPH’s position as a trusted partner of choice within the affordable housing sector. Local authorities and RSLs are facing sustained pressure to accelerate the delivery of homes that prioritise sustainability and long-term value, and RPH is well placed to work alongside partners to help meet this growing demand. As our customers grow their housing portfolios, we are working closely with them to further standardise housing designs that deliver greater consistency, reliability and quality.”
