GLASGOW-based Redpath Construction has announced a number of milestones after the firm strengthened its senior management team, secured two of its largest projects to date, and significantly increased its annual turnover.
The contractor has appointed three new directors to support the company’s growth plans. Susan Cardwell, Clark Moore, and Iain Collins have each worked with Redpath for over ten years. On the expanded board, they join Jim Pritchard and Alistair Sloan, who established the company in 2008.
The firm delivers refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects for public sector and blue-chip commercial clients across central Scotland. In recent years, this has resulted in the company securing major framework agreements including with the NHS and the University of Glasgow.
The changes see Susan Cardwell promoted to business development director, Clark Moore to construction director, and Iain Collins to commercial director.
MD Jim Pritchard said, “The key to our success has been hands-on management, teamwork, efficient decision-making and open communication; combined with a clear corporate vision. By promoting experienced internal leaders, who already have a deep understanding of our culture, we will ensure that our business principles are at the forefront of all that we do. The new structure provides strong continuity and will create opportunities for our staff and supply chain, as we strive for continuous improvement and successful growth.”
Susan Cardwell added, “This is a pivotal point in the growth plan of our business. Our primary focus is building trusted relationships based on successful project delivery. We are on target to achieve significant turnover growth to around £18M for the year to May 2026 and have already secured 50% of our anticipated 2026/27 turnover. We have recently secured two of our largest projects to date, each in excess of £5M; a new-build warehouse and training facility in Fife and a product development and manufacturing extension in Glasgow.”
Clark Moore said, “Our aim is to be a pro-active delivery partner, providing clarity, programme confidence and commercial certainty. Our clients value our expertise and understand that decisive leadership and collaboration are key factors in delivering successful projects.”
Iain Collins stated, “Our focus on teamwork, with our clients and our supply chain, is a fundamental part of our business, allowing us to manage risk, provide value engineering solutions, build stronger partnerships and maintain the transparency and trust that are at the core of our principles.”
