CARDIFF-based building maintenance specialists Cardo Group has acquired Glasgow-headquartered Trident Maintenance Services.
With branches across the UK, Trident Maintenance Services is a construction and property maintenance specialist, providing services to both public and private sector clients.
The deal strengthens Cardo Group’s growth and expansion in Scotland, building on the business’ recent acquisition of roofing business Faskin Group.
Cardo Group has offices across England and south Wales and boasts a team of more than 950 employees.
A team of advisors at legal and professional services business, Knights, advised Cardo Group on the acquisition.
