Gary Dalziel, chief executive of Elderpark Housing, said, “Ensuring our tenant’s homes are continually improved is essential to our vision and we wish to thank CCG Asset Management for their efforts in delivering this this significant programme of works.”

CCG Asset Management manager, Jim Cunningham, added, “Elderpark Housing has been a longstanding client of the CCG Group for many years, and we thank them for entrusting the Asset Management team with this workstream. The new energy-efficient boilers will provide with a greater sense of comfort and security, particularly during the colder months. I am also confident that the new kitchens and bathrooms, along with the associated decorative improvements, will be warmly welcomed by residents.”
