HOUSEBUILDER Dandara’s The Pines development in Wallyford has secured a Quality Recognition Award from Premier Guarantee.
The accolade marks the third time the site has been recognised through Premier Guarantee’s Excellence Awards programme, which celebrate developments that consistently demonstrate high standards across build quality, health and safety, site presentation, and teamwork.
Dandara said that behind the recognition is the collective effort of everyone involved, from site management and operatives through to those supporting the development behind the scenes.

The Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards focus on developments that demonstrate best practice on site, with assessors looking at workmanship, organisation, and how teams work together to deliver quality homes.
