
ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has promoted Bernadetta Majewska MRICS to associate director. The move follows Stewart Gorman MRICS also being promoted to associate director in August 2025.
The firm said both individuals have been integral to the continued growth and success of Edinburgh’s commercial department in the city’s West Maitland Street.
Stewart was recruited from J&E Shepherd in 2023 as a commercial surveyor and has helped expand the company’s valuation instructions from lenders, SIPPS and its network of private clients.
“At the heart of what I do is giving clear, evidence-led advice that clients can rely on when making property decisions,” he said. “I’m pleased to be recognised for this, and I’m looking forward to continuing to grow our commercial business across Scotland.”
Bernadetta, who joined in 2020 from Heriot-Watt University with an honours degree in urban planning and property development, and is said to have played a key role in the growth and success of the department’s valuation and agency services.
“Since joining Allied Surveyors Scotland as a graduate in February 2020, I am delighted with my career progression and look forward to continuing to deliver valuations for lenders, institutional and private clients, as well as providing agency advisory services,” she added.
