Procast secures spot on UK-wide CHIC framework

HAMILTON-based Procast Group has landed a place on the UK-wide Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC’s) Multi-Element Framework.

The firm has been appointed under the framework’s Lot 2, which is valued at £450 million and provides works and services to residential properties and associated communal areas for multiple element of built environment-related activities, including responsive repairs and provision of void works.

A total of 33 firms joined the line-up of contractors to secure a place on the four-year Multiple Element Framework, which is open to more than 200 CHIC members, primarily housing associations and local authorities but also members from the health and education sectors.

Under the framework, Procast Group will be able to deliver services including demolition, extensions, alterations, new construction, groundworks, remediation, foundations, external environmental improvements, communal area enhancements, roofing, building plastics, insulation, windows and doors, electrical systems, wiring, and heating services.

CHIC is a not-for-profit member-owned organisation that delivers procurement solutions and commercial support to its members.
