CHRIS Ainger, MD of Naylor Drainage, has been appointed president of the BPF Pipes Group.
His career includes senior roles in quality, health and safety, engineering, and divisional leadership across sectors such as plastics, electrical distribution, medical devices, and advanced manufacturing.
Chris joined Naylor in March 2025. Prior to that, he was general manager at IPL Schoeller, a manufacturer of customised injection and blow moulded packaging solutions for food, consumer, agriculture, automotive, logistics, and environmental markets.
With an MBA, a foundation in mechanical engineering, and extensive accreditation in quality and safety systems, BPF Pipes Group said Chris is known for ‘developing high-performing teams, strengthening supply chains and driving sustainable business growth’.
His leadership aims to support the advancement of high-quality, sustainable pipe systems across the UK.
