PLANNING permission has been granted for Nova Homes’ proposed residential development at Crofthead, Bishopbriggs.
The site will see construction of 22 luxury four and five-bedroom detached homes, with work scheduled to begin in spring 2026 and the first homes expected to be ready for occupation later in the year.
Gordon Cunningham, MD of Nova Homes, said, “We are excited to have achieved planning permission on this project, which will provide 22 new luxury homes in the area and mark the delivery of Nova Homes’ first development. We look forward to engaging with the local community to further develop this project, ensuring the delivery of high quality homes for Bishopbriggs.”
Nova Homes was founded in 2023 by Gordon Cunningham, who is also the MD of Clark Contracts, Nova Homes’ construction partner. The board includes Ed Monaghan, former CEO of Mactaggart & Mickel, as non-executive director.
In addition to the Bishopbriggs development, Nova Homes has submitted planning for a new development of 62 homes in Neilston, East Renfrewshire.
