TAYLOR Wimpey East Scotland has secured planning approval from West Lothian Council to build almost 300 new homes at the former Brotherton Farm in Livingston.

Limefield Grove will offer a range of two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes. The approved plans will deliver 293 properties, including 25% affordable housing. The affordable homes will comprise one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes, which
are anticipated to be available for social rent.

The development will also feature nine acres of open space, including a new linear park, an
equipped play area, and enhanced pedestrian and cycle links.

Pauline Mills, technical director for Taylor Wimpey East Scotland, said, “Securing planning consent for Limefield Grove represents a significant investment in West Lothian, and we
look forward to delivering a well-designed, sustainable development that complements the local landscape. In addition to offering an impressive range of new homes, the project will support local jobs, boost biodiversity, and enhance connections for both residents and the wider community.”

The project will incorporate biodiversity measures, including bug hotels, bird and bat boxes, bee-friendly planting, and biodiverse landscaping.
