THE finalists have been announced for the Scottish Property Awards 2026.

Now in its 13th year, the national awards programme celebrates the projects that are transforming Scotland’s built environment.

An independent judging panel, comprising 15 experts from across the property industry, reviewed more than 50 entries to compile a shortlist across all categories.

This year’s finalists are said to reflect the vibrancy and diversity of the market, with categories designed to recognise both major developments and smaller, community-focused initiatives.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony on February 26 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.
