EDINBURGH-based Southside Property Management has been voted Regional Agency of the Year (Scotland) at the Negotiator Awards 2025.
The team was presented with a trophy at a ceremony at Grosvenor House on Park Lane in London after impressing judges at the national awards for estate and letting agents.
The business also received a bronze in the Property Management Department of the Year category and came highly commended in the Property Management Company of the Year category.
Southside is predominantly a long-term rental company but can also provide short-term let services from its base on Nicolson Street during the Edinburgh Festival.
Founder John Davidson said, “It goes without saying that we are immensely proud to be recognised in this way.
“Our dedicated team works extremely hard to maintain the highest standards of customer service and this award is theirs. To be voted regional agency of the year is a huge honour for us and underlines the consistently high level of work that everyone at Southside puts in day in, day out.
“We were also delighted with our bronze medal in the Property Management Department of the Year category, another great achievement considering there were 27 companies up for the award. As we prepare to move into 2026, our aim is to keep raising the bar even higher.”
