CCG Homes has offered a first official look of The Sidings, a new development of 18 two-bedroom apartments coming soon to Linlithgow.
Situated just off Edinburgh Road, the project forms part of a wider masterplan that also includes a new care home, construction of which began earlier this year.
The newly published images are designed to offer an insight into the quality, design and setting of The Sidings, highlighting both the ‘premium specification and exceptional accessibility’ of the location.

Four apartment types will be available to choose from, each layout described as being designed to maximise space and light, while all upper-floor plots are lift-accessible and include a private balcony.
The development boasts energy efficiency credentials, including EV charging, a ‘super-insulated’ building fabric, and solar panels that connect directly to each property. An exhaust air source heat pump will provide space heating and hot water services.
CCG Homes is set to launch reservations in January, with first completions anticipated in late-summer 2026.
