ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has announced a new partnership with OS Capture, becoming the first surveying firm in the UK to adopt the company’s digital capture and workflow technology.

The move will see Allied implement OS Capture’s platform across its network of 30 offices, with the aim of providing a ‘tactile, user-centred approach that enhances accuracy, consistency, and confidence’ throughout the surveying process.

Claudia Miquel, head of product at OS Capture, said, “Allied’s reputation, scale and forward-thinking approach make them a perfect partner for OS Capture. We’ve created a platform that brings clarity, precision and an intuitive sense of flow to the surveying process – putting surveyors at the heart of a digital experience that supports consistent, high-quality outcomes. Partnering with Allied is an incredibly exciting next step for us.”

Grant Robertson, chairman of Allied Surveyors Scotland, added, “Surveying has evolved enormously over the decades. From traditional manual methods to today’s powerful digital technologies, the pace of change has been extraordinary. Partnering with OS Capture is the next natural step. It allows us to embrace innovation, invest in our people, and provide our clients with the most advanced solutions available. This is a huge opportunity for the future of our business and for the profession as a whole.”

Kevin Keane, director of operations at Allied Surveyors Scotland, commented, “Partnering with OS Capture marks a major step forward in how we deliver accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service to our clients across Scotland. With advanced digital capture and streamlined workflows, our colleagues can focus on what matters most: producing the highest-quality reports and setting new standards in surveying excellence. The feedback so far is overwhelmingly positive.”

Kevin and Claudia travelled across the country to support colleagues through a structured training programme. This focused on hands-on learning, practical demonstrations, and ongoing guidance.
