CHARTERED surveyors and property consultants Graham + Sibbald has welcomed Yan Stewart as a director to its Glasgow office, specialising in industrial agency.
Yan brings over 28 years’ experience in the commercial property market where he has focused mainly on industrial and logistics properties. Notable projects over the years include industrial estates such as Hillington Park & Westway, as well as numerous new build developments including J4M8 and Eurocentral.
Recently Yan has worked client-side across the UK, supporting a range of occupiers in managing acquisitions, capital projects, estates and operations.
