ELGIN-based Pinefield Glass was recently named Supplier of the Year for the North of Scotland at the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes national seminar.
The event, held at P&J Live in Aberdeen, celebrated the achievements of suppliers across the north of Scotland, highlighting those who consistently show excellence in performance, quality, aftercare, and the ability to meet the demanding needs of large-scale construction programmes.
Martin Charlesworth, operations director at Pinefield Glass, a provider of windows, doors, and glazing solutions, said, “Winning this award means everything to us.
“We have worked incredibly hard to build strong relationships based on shared values of quality, continuous improvement and employee development. This award is also a chance to recognise our brilliant staff and supply chain partners, who have been instrumental in achieving this success.”
Pinefield Glass revealed it has maintained a strong partnership with Barratt and David Wilson Homes for over 15 years, contributing to many notable developments.
At Ocean Park in Aberdeen, a large-scale coastal development, Pinefield Glass delivered a mix of curtain walling, casement windows, and French doors, achieving complex white and grey finishes across varying elevations.
The company also played a key role at Countesswells in Aberdeen, supplying site-specific grey windows from the project’s inception, demonstrating its ability to provide bespoke solutions.
Pinefield Glass is currently involved in a number of development projects across the north east, including the eight-year Ness Castle project in Inverness.
