SAVILLS Scotland has brought a second phase of Almond Valley – a residential-led, mixed-use development that forms part of Perth’s strategic western expansion – to the market.
Phase 2 presents a residential development opportunity, extending to approximately 40.35 acres with capacity for circa 345 new homes. The site benefits from Planning Permission in Principle (PPP) and lies to the west of the Almond Valley Masterplan area, complementing the ongoing construction of 340 homes in Phase 1.
Located 4.2 miles northwest of Perth city centre, Almond Valley will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and community spaces. Allocated as MU73 in the Perth and Kinross Local Development Plan 2 (2019), Almond Valley is expected to deliver up to 1,500 homes across its 150-hectare footprint. With infrastructure consents already in place and development underway by Barratt Redrow, the PPP is secured in perpetuity.
Ben Brough, head of development Scotland at Savills, said, “Almond Valley represents one of the most exciting residential opportunities in Scotland today. With its strategic location, robust planning framework, and exceptional lifestyle offering, Phase 2 is set to attract strong interest from developers and investors alike.”
