Parc Construction Ltd has been awarded a contract to deliver vital upgrade works at Dumfries & Galloway Council HQ.
The Dumfries-based buildings and civils contractor was chosen following a competitive procurement process. The firm revealed it was selected for its ‘attention to technical detail, capability, and proven ability to manage challenging projects through strong collaboration and trusted working relationships with clients and stakeholders’.
The contract will see improvements to the council HQ building, ensuring it remains efficient and fit for purpose as a central base for delivering services to communities across the region.
Parc Construction, which prides itself on ‘quality, safety, and efficiency’, has already delivered a range of public and private sector projects and continues to expand its portfolio at pace.
The firm added that the project will be delivered with detailed planning to ensure ‘minimal’ disruption to council operations while meeting strict deadlines and quality requirements.
