BARRATT and David Wilson Homes North Scotland have launched two new developments in Nairn.

The Dunes Reserve, created by David Wilson Homes, presents a collection of three and four-bedroom homes, situated less than one mile from Nairn town centre. Comprising 75 semi-detached and detached homes, the development is described as ‘thoughtfully designed and filled with natural light’.

Also located within walking distance of the town centre, Sandy Shores by Barratt Homes is a collection of three, four, and five-bedroom homes. Available in both semi-detached and detached styles, the 227 homes are said to feature ‘carefully designed layouts with multi-purpose spaces’. The new development incorporates 74 affordable homes, supporting Highland Council’s Strategic Housing Investment Plan.
