MILLER Homes Scotland West has acquired 6.96 acres of land in Beith, North Ayrshire, formerly owned by the Church of Scotland.
The site will be developed into Manse Field, a new community featuring 44 semi-detached and detached homes.
Construction is already underway, with first completions expected by summer 2026. Building on the success of its previous Ayrshire development, Evergreen Manor in Kilmaurs, Miller Homes said it has ensured the planning process for Manse Field includes ‘rigorous’ consultation to protect local natural habitats.
Andrew McArthur, regional operations director at Miller Homes Scotland West, said, “This latest land purchase underlines our commitment to the Ayrshire market and supports our strategy of investing in high-demand areas. Manse Field will create a new community of modern, high-quality, energy-efficient homes that will welcome families seeking a rural setting, with easy access to Ayrshire and Glasgow.”
