THREE new retail units have been made available to lease in Dingwall High Street following a major refurbishment led by a local firm.

Graham MacGregor Joinery & Building Contractor led the work on behalf of the Highland Council. The new properties are described as boasting ‘strong’ energy credentials and benefit from an EPC rating A, with rental starts at £8,000 per annum.

Highland Council housing and property chair, councillor Glynis Campbell Sinclair, said, “The Highland Council as part of its ‘Highland investment plan’ is committed to supporting the regeneration of our High Streets, offering sustainable and energy efficient properties at an affordable rental price point, these three new properties available to lease provide a community asset and will contribute to the great amount of work being delivered to help grow our Highland economy, repurpose our assets, develop and improve the appearance of our High Streets.”

The new units vary in size and are hoped to attract new or growing businesses to the high street. More information on the retail units can be found here.
