KINGDOM Housing Association and Kingdom Support & Care, part of the Kingdom Group, are celebrating after achieving Investors in People Gold accreditation.

The move recognises a strong people culture across the organisation and a commitment to creating a great place to work.

The independent assessment highlighted ‘visible leadership, a supportive, values-led culture and a modern approach to performance that prioritises meaningful conversations, learning and collaboration’.
