BRIAR Homes has officially launched a new 39-home residential development in Barrhead.
Barony Rise, located on Aurs Road, is designed to blend with the surrounding landscape. The community will consist of 30 four-bedroom and nine five-bedroom detached homes.
Construction is currently underway, including implementing Briar Homes’ ‘extensive’ landscaping and tree provision strategy to nurture biodiversity.

Barony Rise follows Briar Homes’ delivery of nearby developments including Eden Grove at Dealston Road and the sold-out Woodlea and Calderpark Gardens communities in Darnley and Broomhouse, respectively.
