CBRE has been appointed jointly with MWM Property Consultants to bring to market Upper Denburn House, a single-let office investment located within the Prime Four Business Park in Aberdeen.

Extending to 63,425 sq ft of recently refurbished Grade A office accommodation with 198 car parking spaces, the property is fully leased to Harbour Energy until July 2034. Offers are invited in excess of £18.5 million.

The building was constructed in 2014 as a HQ facility and has been refurbished and reconfigured to support Harbour Energy’s ‘hub’ model, increasing capacity to accommodate around 600 staff within Upper Denburn House alone.
