FARRANS Construction is to hold a meet the buyer event in Renfrew ahead of its £59 million build of a bridge connecting Paisley town centre with the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS).
Alongside the build of the 93-metre span steel arch bridge, the project will also involve the upgrade of 1.7km of existing road and the creation of 550m of new road.
Farrans said it is keen to speak to new and innovative local suppliers – especially micro-enterprises, SMEs, and social enterprises for a range of services including CCTV cameras, temporary power, archaeological surveys, invasive species surveys, cleaners, and fencing.
Further opportunities will develop as the project progresses, including for the supply of concrete and aggregates, piling works, surfacing and concreting.
There is no need to register for this event.
