KNIGHT Property Group has announced it has achieved full occupancy at its 42,519 sq ft office building, 4-5 Lochside Avenue in Edinburgh Park.
The final letting went to Anchorpoint Interiors, a specialist in workplace design and build. The company has agreed terms for a first-floor suite and joins existing occupiers Pulsant, Lumacron Technology and SP Transmission.
Founded in 1999, Anchorpoint’s end-to-end approach combines workplace consultancy, design, and construction. MD Michael Paterson said, “We are excited to secure this new space, which reflects our growth and the continued expansion of our national presence. As we support projects across the UK, our team continues to grow, bringing together passionate professionals committed to creating workplaces where people truly thrive.”
James Barrack, founder and chairman of Knight Property Group, added, “We are delighted to have secured full occupancy at 4-5 Lochside Avenue, with a strong roll of high-calibre occupiers. This milestone highlights the success of our investment and our commitment to delivering future-proofed, sustainable office space. The building has been designed to meet the evolving needs of modern occupiers and support their ESG aspirations.”
Knight Property Group invested in the redevelopment of the three-storey pavilion-style building. The site is fully electric, has achieved an EPC ‘A+’ rating, and offers net zero in operation.
Beverley Mortimer, associate director at CBRE, said, “Knight Property Group has a well-earned reputation for delivering high-quality office space. The level of care and attention to detail invested in 4-5 Lochside Avenue has resulted in a truly future-proof building that meets the highest standards of sustainability and design demanded by today’s occupiers.”
