SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has appointed Paul Delaney as an associate in its residential valuation team in Aberdeen.
A graduate of Heriot-Watt University in 2004, where he earned an honours degree in building surveying with building pathology and property valuation, Delaney specialises in residential survey and valuation work, including Home Reports.
He joins from Harvey Donaldson & Gibson Chartered Surveyors, having previously held the position of senior associate.
“This marks my happy return to Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, where I worked for a spell earlier in my career, and I’m delighted to return to the team to help bolster and grow the firm’s position as the leading provider of residential property services to the housing market throughout the north east,” said Paul Delaney. “I am very much looking forward to rekindling old client relationships and forging new relationships with fellow professionals working in the property market.”
Stuart Dunne, managing partner at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, added, “Paul is a very experienced surveyor having qualified as a chartered surveyor back in 2010. We are delighted to welcome Paul back to Shepherd, and to our busy Aberdeen office.
“His extensive knowledge and expertise will be of great benefit to his colleagues and clients as we consolidate our position as the predominant provider of Home Reports and surveying services throughout Aberdeen and the north east.”
