A Meet the Buyer event is set to take place in Aberdeen where construction businesses can learn about opportunities to get involved in the Netherton Hub energy project in Peterhead.
Balfour Beatty is keen to talk to firms supplying construction, maintenance, security, landscaping, transport, or catering services in the north of Scotland.
The Balfour Beatty Construction and Balfour Beatty Power teams will be exhibiting at The Supplier Development Programme’s Meet the Buyer North event, due to be held on 10 September at The Music Hall, Aberdeen, from 10am -3.30pm.
Supply chain opportunities on the project include: internal doors and joinery; furniture, fixtures and equipment; roof access systems; brick and blockwork; painting and decorating; landscaping; scaffolding; fire protection and control; forklift/telehandler; off-site storage; drone surveys; time lapse cameras; fencing and hoardings; and workers transportation.

The Netherton Hub is part of the SSEN ASTI (Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment) Offshore framework.
