COLLIERS has strengthened its project and building consultancy (PBC) team in Scotland with the relocation of Andy Holtby, a director who will be returning to his Scottish roots and moving to the Edinburgh office this month.

Andy is relocating following 11 years in London during which time Colliers said he has been integral in creating and managing key client relationships including Aberdeen PLC, L&G, and Shaftesbury Capital. In his new role he will form part of the Scotland PBC team’s leadership group, responsible for growing market share and providing project and building consultancy services to clients.

The move is followed by the hiring of senior surveyor Alan McIntosh and graduate surveyor Benji Travis. Alan will be responsible for working with the team to deliver on recent business wins. The addition of Alan, Benji and the relocation of Andy takes the Scottish team to 10 across both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Andy Holtby said, “I’m thrilled to be returning to Scotland and have become increasingly involved with the team here over the past two years. I am excited to delve in to the Scottish markets, reconnect with peers, friends and family. The team in Scotland has a great reputation and I look forward to collaborating with them to strengthen existing client relationships and to build new ones.”
