CCG has started work on a new phase of door and window replacements in Paisley for Ferguslie Park Housing Association.
39 properties on Dalskeith Avenue will receive the upgrades as part of a planned maintenance programme that began last year. This latest workstream is the second to be delivered by CCG for the association, and will be undertaken on a full supply and fit basis, with all 313 PVCu window sets and 67 composite door sets manufactured from the firm’s manufacturing hub in Cambuslang.
Developed in partnership with REHAU UK, the Secure by Design-accredited products are designed to offer improved security and thermal performance. CCG added that their ‘highly durable’ material composition will offer an improved lifespan and help the association lower longer-term maintenance projections.
Catrina Miller, CEO for Ferguslie Park Housing Association, said, “We are extremely happy both with the quality of the windows and doors that CCG manufactured and the installation itself. Most importantly, we have received excellent feedback from our tenants who have noticed an immediate improvement in the comfort in their home.”
The products will be installed by CCG’s in-house planned maintenance division, CCG Asset Management.
“I give thanks to Ferguslie Park for once again opting to use CCG again for this workstream.” said Asset Management manager, Jim Cunningham. “Our one-stop-shop service is ideally suited to the association and their tenants, who are provided with a single chain of responsibility during the installation process.
“This not only helps drive efficiencies, but it also ensures we deliver leading standards of quality and customer service. We look forward to working with the association again, with full completion expected within a seven-week programme.”
