TWO Robertson Homes site managers in Bo’ness and East Calder have won a top housing industry award.
Greig Donaldson, who works at Robertson’s Almondell development in West Lothian, and Eddie McCann, who is based at the Meadowside development in Bo’ness, are celebrating their Pride in the Job 2025 Quality Awards from NHBC.
Site bosses are assessed across six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.
Thousands of inspections have taken place to determine the 450 winners from a field of circa 8,200 sites, representing the top 5% of UK site managers.
John Murphy, MD at Robertson Homes, said, “We are immensely proud of Greig and Eddie and our construction teams at both Almondell and Meadowside. Building homes to the highest quality standards, in a respectful and considerate manner is at the heart of everything we do at Robertson Homes and for this to be recognised by the NHBC is testament to their skill and attention to detail. It is also great news for all our customers to know their new homes are being constructed by such a committed and dedicated team.”
Pride in the Job has five categories: small, medium and large builders, plus multi-storey for projects up to seven storeys and high-rise for projects more than seven storeys.
The Quality Award winners will now go on to compete for Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards in the autumn, with the national Supreme Award winners unveiled in January 2026.
