HAMILTON-based Procast Group is celebrating a number of its team members marking 10 years with the company.
The firm has recognised the longevity and excellent service of Gillean Watters, Brian Innes, Ryan Crawford, James Mimiec and Gabor Vankovics. All five are based locally in Lanarkshire, tying in with Procast Group’s ethos of employing and developing local people.
To recognise their service, each has been gifted restaurant vouchers and a bottle of Rose Bollinger Champagne. Over 70% of Procast Group’s staff having at least five years’ service.
Derek Innes, owner and MD of Procast Group, said, “A huge congratulations to all of our team members reaching a decade with Procast.
“We are delighted to be celebrating their hard work, loyalty and dedication to Procast which is at the core of the business. Overall, our staff retention is excellent and I think that speaks volumes of the workplace culture we have developed here.”
