GLASGOW-headquartered Dwello has secured a new 200-property portfolio under management.
The portfolio, owned by food supplier business owner Stuart Dalziel, includes properties across the central belt of Scotland, concentrated in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Dwello will now a full portfolio asset management service for this instruction – including bespoke client and bank reporting and providing advice on market rents, refurbishment and growth strategy, in addition to its standard letting agent service.
Dwello launched in May 2025, opening its first office on Byres Road in Glasgow and targeted 1,000 properties under management within its first two years. The firm said it is now ‘well on track’ to hit this target.
