HIGHLAND Housing Alliance has announced that notes of interest are open for the 41 two-bedroom flats at Bynack More in Aviemore.

Delivered by Tulloch Homes, HHA will take handover of the properties, which are expected to complete in January 2026. The homes will be available under mid-market rent (MMR) tenure and eight of them will be reserved for blue light workers.

The development has been supported with funding from the Scottish Government, The Highland Council and Inverness and Highland City Region Deal.

The delivery of the Bynack More flats has been described as a key milestone in a wider strategic partnership between Highland Housing Alliance and Tulloch Homes. The collaboration is set to bring more than 100 new homes to the Highlands, a region grappling with a significant housing challenge.

These homes, available at mid-market rent, offer residents not just a secure place to live in a highly sought-after location, but also the opportunity to be part of a vibrant community with excellent access to local amenities, schools, and the outdoor opportunities of the Cairngorm National Park.
