MILLER Homes is launching a new 220-property development in the village of Danderhall, Midlothian.
Miller Homes at Shawfair will comprise 176 properties for private sale and 44 affordable homes.
The site will feature a variety of styles from Miller Homes’ latest portfolio, including terraced two-bedroom homes; semi-detached three-bedroom homes; and detached three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
The project builds on the success of the housebuilder’s original Shawfair development, launched in 2017. It also joins Dalhousie Gate as Miller Homes’ second live development in Midlothian.

The first homes at Shawfair are currently being built, with the first buyers expected to move in this November.
