LENZIE-based Fleming has started the build of an extension to the historic Greenbank Parish Church in Clarkston.
The initiative, which firms part of the church’s ‘Legacy Project,’ involves creating modern, accessible community facilities, including a sports hall, multi-purpose rooms, and meeting spaces.
Fleming explained that the extension is designed to complement the existing C-listed church building, ensuring the preservation of its architectural heritage while meeting contemporary community needs.
The wider project team includes Page/Park (architect); Hardies Property & Construction Consultants (QS); Clancy Consulting (structural engineer); Hulley & Kirkwood (services engineer); and Rankin Fraser (landsdape architect).
