CRUDEN is celebrating a major win at the 2025 Scottish Home Awards.
The Avenue, Cruden’s luxury retirement development in Barnton, Edinburgh, was named Housing Development of the Year (Small, Private Sale) at a ceremony held at Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow.
Designed specifically for people aged over 55, The Avenue comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and villas. Amenities include communal spaces and a 24-hour concierge, with the development described as setting ‘a new benchmark’ for age-exclusive living.
