A 116-home development in Shawfair has officially launched for sale.
Longthorn Gardens, developed by Cruden Homes in partnership with Mactaggart & Mickel, has been tipped to become a ‘standout addition’ to the area.
The site features 10 distinctive house styles including 14 two-bedroom apartments, as well as two, three, four, and five-bedroom homes, with sizes from 731 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft.
