ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has welcomed the return of Eilidh Walker MRICS to the firm’s Aberdeen office.

Eilidh originally joined Allied as a trainee after completing a postgraduate degree in property and economics. She qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2011 and spent the following 11 years developing her career within the business.

Allied said her return brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will further enhance the firm’s services in the north east of Scotland.

Eilidh said, “I am delighted to once again be part of the team in Aberdeen and look forward to providing a dedicated service to our wide range of clients across Aberdeen city and Aberdeenshire.”

Donald Murray MRICS, director at the Aberdeen office, added, “We are thrilled to welcome Eilidh back to Allied Surveyors Scotland. Her strong professional background and deep understanding of our values and client base make her an outstanding asset to our team.”

Allied added that Eilidh’s return reflects a broader strategic focus by the business on attracting and retaining top talent.

Kevin Keane FRICS, director of operations, said, “We’re building for the future — and that means combining experience with fresh potential. It’s fantastic to see familiar faces returning to the firm, and at the same time, we’re doubling down on our commitment to the next generation through a dynamic Graduate Apprenticeship programme in partnership with Edinburgh Napier University. We’re excited about where we’re headed.”
