ALLIED Surveyors Scotland has appointed David Gibson MRICS and Greg Scrimgeour MRICS as directors, in a bid to reinforce the company’s presence across the Glasgow market.

David Gibson returns to the business to strengthen the Glasgow North office, bringing a deep understanding of the local property landscape and a track record of client-focused service.

“This feels like a homecoming,” he said. “I’m rejoining at a time of strong demand and look forward to supporting the continued success of the office.”

Greg Scrimgeour joins as director of the Glasgow South office, with responsibility for key areas including Glasgow’s south side, East Renfrewshire, Rutherglen, and Cambuslang. A chartered surveyor, Scrimgeour brings extensive regional expertise.

“This is an exciting opportunity and I’m ready to hit the ground running,” he added.

Chairman Grant Robertson FRICS commented, “Both David and Greg are outstanding additions to our team. Their appointments further enhance our service offering in two strategically important areas of Glasgow and reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in talent.”

The move follows recent internal promotions, including Kevin Keane MRICS to director of operations and Gareth Meardon MRICS to associate in Bathgate.
