
SAVILLS Edinburgh Residential Sales has appointed Ben Fox as director of new business and promoted John Forsyth to head of Edinburgh residential sales.
Ben Fox, who joined Savills 19 years ago, was promoted to director in 2015 before taking the helm of the Edinburgh residential department in 2017. In his new role, Ben will focus on identifying new opportunities and developing client relationships.
He said, “It has been a privilege to lead the Edinburgh residential team over the past few years, seeing it grow and thrive in a challenging market. New clients need to know that we will provide sound market insight and a steady hand throughout the buying and selling process. John Forsyth, a director in the Edinburgh business, joined Savills in 2017 after building a career in the local property sector. His promotion to head of the Edinburgh residential office presents an opportunity to lead the residential sales team and further shape its success.
