LOVELL Homes has announced it will officially launch on-site sales at its Central Square development in Winchburgh this weekend.
The firm is hosting a family-friendly weekend at the site, with activities for children and sweet treats for anyone who pops by to celebrate the first on-site sales.
House hunters will be able to take a first look inside the new homestyle at Central Square, a four-bedroom townhouse in a new CGI film, and take advantage of a deal where Lovell will pay 5% towards the deposit of any home reserved on launch weekend.
Until now, homes at Central Square had been sold from Lovell’s nearby South Queensferry development.
At the heart of Winchburgh’s £1 billion masterplan, the first homes released for sale at Central Square include a range of three and four-bedroom styles.
