BARRATT and David Wilson Homes Scotland has received the five-star rating in the new Home Builders Federation (HBF) annual New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey.
This means the housebuilder has received the maximum rating from its customers for 16 years in a row.
The number of stars awarded is based on customer responses to the question ‘Would you recommend your builder to a friend?’. Over 90% of customers confirmed that they would by answering yes.
Alison Condie, regional MD at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Scotland, said, “To once again receive a five-star rating is a true reflection of how much we care about our customers and the extra mile we go to ensure they are happy. Providing high-quality homes and excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s fantastic to see that so many of our customers would recommend us to others.”
The news follows Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ success at the NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards. Last year, Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ site managers won 89 Pride in the Job Quality Awards – more than any other housebuilder.
Barratt and David Wilson Homes is currently building a range of new homes throughout Scotland, including properties at DWH @ St Andrews, Findrassie and Barratt and David Wilson’s Cornhill Village.
