GRAHAM + Sibbald has promoted Tom Conway and Ryan Farrelly to the role of associate.
Both Tom and Ryan are based in the Glasgow commercial agency team the promotions are designed to help strengthen the offering in the west of Scotland.
Tom is an experienced chartered surveyor with over nine years of experience in the Scottish market. Prior to joining Graham + Sibbald in January 2020, he spent two years working for an international commercial real estate advisory business and latterly another UK firm.
Ryan joined the business as a student surveyor in June 2017 as part of the firm’s graduate apprenticeship programme and graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in July 2022 with an honour’s degree in real estate. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in November 2023.
