BELLWAY Homes has announced it is inviting suitable candidates to apply for its 2025 apprenticeship and graduate intake in Scotland.
The housebuilder offers the two career entry programmes with opportunities available in its west division, headquartered in Hamilton, and its east division, based in Livingston.
The roles include opportunities in construction, engineering, finance, architecture and planning. Successful apprentices will learn through a combination of classroom and in situ work and will also benefit from the company’s membership of the Association of Apprentices, a social and professional networking platform designed to connect apprentices.
The graduate programme is two years and includes a three-day residential induction and skill camps where fellow graduates work together on specific projects.
Andy Wyles, northern regional chair, Bellway Homes, said, “We’re keen to show people that working in the construction sector isn’t just about jobs on site. There are lots of different opportunities and many people currently working with us have moved into different roles as they’ve got to know the business better. It can be a very rewarding and diverse career.”
